• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 8, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 11:31 A.M. by Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Knudsen, Dumke and Mayor Gottfried.
Ald. Ford appeared at the meeting to request the committee to present
a resolution to the Council indicating the city's intent to sewer
the Linnie Lac area. The matter will be further discussed at the
next meeting of the Sewer Committee.
Ald. Schaumberg moved, as seconded by Ald. Knudsen, to reimburse Frank
Agentin for the cost of a lateral and 109.68 feet of sewers which were
installed by him on Skylark Lane and which had already been collected
from Mr. Zimmerman by the city. Motion carried.
Ald. Knudsen moved, as seconded by Ald. Dumke, to recommend the adoption
of Resolution #6-73, entitled, Providing Sewer Treatment Facilities to
the Mus-Kee-Guac Planned Development. Motion carried.
The following correspondence was reviewed
From Mayor Gottfried, directed to Ed Ryan, dated 12/28/72, regarding
• release of $60,000.00 and retaining enough to cover restoration or late
charges.

From Rite Realty Corp, directed to the City, dated 12/28/73, requesting
payment for improvements for Hale Park Meadows
From Mayor Gottfried, directed to Donald Schmid, dated 12/18/72 regarding
removal of assessment for one of his laterals on Muskego Drive.
From Edw. Ryan, directed to City, dated 1/5/73, regarding request for
additional payment for sewer work in "G" Dist.
From G.P. Lee, directed to Tom Inman, dated 12/21/72, re: condition of
sewers in Willowood and Lincolnshire Subdivisions.
To John Mielke from Mayor Gottfried, dated 12/28/73 regarding order from
Cherne Scientific, Inc., for treatment plant materials.
To Mayor Gottfried from F. Ruekert, Jr., regarding costs for installing
sewer and water main services in Industrial Park. (Dated 12/29/72)
Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 12:45 P.M.
