0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 13, 1972
Aid. Schaumberg called the meeting to order at 11:00 A.M. Also present
were Aid. Schaumberg, Mayor Gottfried and City Attorney Buckley.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend payment to Suburban Asphalt Co., Inc.
in the amount of $700.00 for work on Garnet Drive and Oak Grove Subdivision.
Seconded by Aid. Knudsen, motion carried.
Aid. Knudsen moved to grant permission to have the Piggly Wiggly Store
hook into the city's sewer system. Seconded by Aid. Schaumberg. Motion
carried. City Attorney Buckley suggested that a sewer service ordinance
in such instances might be advisable. The committee will review the
suggestion.
Aid. Knudsen moved to have the City Attorney contact the attorney for
the Contractor's Association and attempt to work out the differences
between the parties involved on the various contracts.in the northeast
sewer district. Seconded by Aid. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Aid. Knudsen moved to authorize City
for Bell Reichel Co. to work out our

Aid. Knudsen moved to recommend to the Council to have Ruekert & Mielke
prepare specifications and to advertise for hook-up for residence in the
"F" District located at S63 W18429 Martin Drive. Seconded by Aid.

The developers of Wood Hill Subdivision and Parkland Subdivision will be
be reminded of the necessity to ramp the manholes in their particular
subdivision.
Aid. Knudsen reported several complaints from the residents of Hillendale
Heights Subdivision because of the oil that was placed on the streets
prior to their being asphalted. It was suggested that any claims be
submitted to Lang Engineering with a copy to the city.
Aid. Knudsen moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid. Schaumberg. The meeting
adjourned at 12:15 P.M.
