SEWER CONNECTION (HILLENDALE DRIVE).

WITHIN THE III-Y RANCHES SUBDIVISION, SOME OF WHICH WERE
REMNANTS RESULTING FROM THE RELOCATION OF Hy. nYu . MAYOR
GBTTFRIED WILL CORRESPOND WITH ATTY. BUCKLEY REGARDING
THIS MATTER.
A LETTER FROM THE EPA WAS RECEIVED ADVISING THE CITY THAT
THE FINAL FIELD INSPECTION MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO THE FINAL
GRANT PAYMENT BEING MADE. (RE: WIS.-540).
A PERMIT WAS RECEIVED FROM THE WISCONSIN CONSERVATION DEPT.
FOR TRAPPING MUSKRATS IN THE SEWAGE TREATMENT LAGOONS.
A LETTER FROM EPA WAS RECEIVED ADVISING THAT THE TOTAL GRANT
OF $93, 720. 00 FOR THE OXIDATION SYSTEM FOR THE NORTHWEST
TREATMENT PLANT IS BEING PROCESSED.
A CORRESPONDENCE FROM JOAN CARROLL WAS RECEIVED OBJECTING
TO SEWER USAGE CHARGE.
A LETTER FROM SCHOBER & RADTKE WAS RECEIVED REGARDING THE
SEWER HOOK-UP OF THE RUSSELL BLOCH PROPERTY.
ALD. KNUDSEN MOVED, SECONDED BY ALD. DUMKE, TO SEND JOHN
HAYES TO WASTEWATER TREATMENT OPERATOR'S SCHOOL.
ALD. KNUDSEN MOVED, SECONDED BY ALD. DUMKE, TO RECOMMEND THAT
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO NOT PARTICIPATE WITH THE CITY OF FRANKLIN
IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FORCE MAIN BECAUSE OF ADDED COST
AND THE TIME TABLE.
A CLAIM FROM Na. GEORGE GUHR FOR DAMAGE TO DITCHLINE ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF HIS PROPERTY WAS REFERRED TO UNITED SEWER AND
