PSEM19720203PUBLIC SEWER/WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 3, 1972 • The meeting was called to order by Chairman Foldy at 8:50 P.M. Also present were Aldermen DeBack and Schaumberg, Mayor Gottfried and Gerald Ross. The committee discussed the matter of Ed Kumm front footage assessment on Woods Road and it was the decision of the committee that the difference on the assessment roll and the certified survey map was due to road dedication after the sewer assessment was formulated. *The committee discussed the Claire Smith assessment and upon the advisement of the City Attorney, Mr. Smith is not entitled to a refund of his sewer assessment. City Clerk to notify Mr. Smith. Mayor Gottfried to correspond with Ryan Construction Co. regarding the matter of liability for damaged fence on the Martino property on Tess Corners Dr. The following claims were reviewed: Daniel P. Lazowski - auto damage Jagielski property on Gaulke Drive - culvert removal Mayor Gottfried to correspond with Ryan Construction Co. regarding the above. Correspondence received and reviewed from Gregory Koeferl, same placed on file, 0 Correspondence received from Ruekert & Mielke regarding sewer installation in the Lake Denoon area. Aid. DeBack reported on possible problems regarding the installation of sewers in the Lake Denoon area some of which were the providing of sewers to the Brodel and Beidatsch properties both of which must be served by easement. Mr. Fred Wendt to be invited to the next Sewer Committee meeting for the purpose of discussing signing of easement and his sewer assessment. Mayor Gottfried to correspond with Ruekert & Mielke regarding the flow meter at the Northwest Plant. The Committee directed Mr. Clark Barry and Highway Supt. Bertram to review sewer projects F and E districts for final payment. The committee reviewed the request for sewer assessment deferment by Mr. Bodul on Woods Rd. Aid. Foldy will view the premises and discuss the matter with Mr. Bodul. Mr. John Mielke to be invited to attend the next Sewer Committee meeting to discuss sewer installation in Hillendale Heights and Hi-Y Ranches • Subdivisions. The committee discussed the proposed changes in the Sewer Service Charge Ordinance. Aid. DeBack moved, as seconded by Aid. Schaumberg, to authorize the Public Works Dept. to demolish a building on Luckow Dr. Motion carried. 40 Eight (8) Zoning violations were reviewed and placed on file. Thirteen (13) Building Code violations were reviewed and placed on file. Twenty one (21) junk car violations were received and placed on file. Two (2) Building Code violations were reviewed. Aid.
