PSEM19710722PUBLIC SEWER/WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JULY 22, 1971 The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Foldy. Also present were Ald. Schaumberg, Mayor Gottfried and Zoning Officer Lee. • Mr. Lee reported on the proposed land division of the Kumm property on Woods Road. • Mayor Gottfried to discuss with City Attorney Buckley the reimbursement of Ron Ford's payment of assessment of 10 ft. of right-of-way. Cathlina Construction Co. to begin reconstruction of road project on July 26, 1971. Federal Aid request for sewerage treatment plant in the northeast district was discussed by the Committee. Mayor Gottfried to contact Senator Proxmire, Congressman Glenn Davis and representatives of the Environmental Protection Agency. Claim against Apex Construction from Mr. and Mrs. Greg Klosowski for automobile damage from striking manhole was reviewed. . Correspondence to be sent to Mr. John Couture as to when he intends to move the office building on Hwy "24" and as to the status of residence adjacent to the Couture building t Mayor Gottfried to contact Ruekert & Mielke a report on the conditions of water samples that are taken from the sewerage lagoons. Mayor Gottfried to contact Ruekert & Mielke as to which contractors have completed lateral installation, etc., and as to when oiling of streets will take place. Ald. Foldy requested that a progress report of all contractors be submitted to the Committee. Mayor Gottfried to correspond with Ruekert & Mielke. Building Inspector Lee reported on a building violation on Holz Drive. Mr. Lee reported to the Committee the results of his investigation of the Glockner operation. • Ald.
