• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 14, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:42 P.M. by Chairman Foldy. Also
.present were Aldermen DeBack and Schaumberg, Mayor Gottfried and Zoning
Officer Lee.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on Jule 17, 1971, were
received and placed on file.
The matter of possible land division of the Ed Kumm property on Woods
Road was discussed. Zoning Officer Lee to present study of same at
the next Sewer Committee meeting.
Mr. Ron Ford, Topaz Drive, appeared at the meeting regarding the 10 ft.
assessment of right-of-way which has been paid by him. Adjustment to
take place pending receipt of final assessment roll.
Claims from the following people were reviewed:
Jack A. Radtke, Attorney for Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Kassulke, Gold Drive,
damage to property.
Spencer McElroy, Hardtke Dr., damage to trees.
• John S. Thiele, Martin Dr., Automobile damage.
William Kapke, Berger La., damage to hay field.

Correspondence from Michaels Pipeline, Inc. regarding property damage
claim from Mr. and Mrs. Jerome J. Brad, Ruby Dr., was received.
Ald. DeBack moved to grant lateral waiver request by Fountainwood Pool
Association. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The following correspondence was received and reviewed:
From Ohio Casulty Insurance Co., regarding Bond #34077 of Ramplex, Inc.
From Clayton Cramer, Attorney for Gregory Koeferl, regarding request
for deferred assessment.
From Gary Schaefer, regarding Cathlina Construction contract. He
indicated their project has been approved and road constmiation
to be starting approximately July 19, 1971.
From Bruce Pollock Realty Co. regarding lateral problem with George
Wiele.property. This matter has been resolved.
Zoning Officer Lee commented on the problems of enforcing Zoning laws.
Fifteen (15) Zoning violations were received and placed on file.
Ald. DeBack moved to have Mr. Lee report on the Glockner Junk operation
and his gravel and topsoil operation. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion
carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:40 P.M.
