MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Chairman Foldy.
Also present were Aldermen Schaumberg, DeBack, Burgermeister,
Narlock, Mayor Gottfried and Consulting Engineer John Mielke.
is The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the Lake Denoon Sewer
Project. An Informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 29,
1971, in the Little Theater of the Intermediate School at 8:00 P.M.
The Committee also discussed possible changes to Ordinance #127,
Establishing sewer service charges and sewer deferment requests and
policies. No action was taken on the above matters.
Mayor Gottfried suggested that $200.00 be withheld from Sewer
Contractors for the replacement of street signs, traffic signs,
etc. The matter was referred to Engineers Ruekert & Mielke.
The Committee also discussed septic tank cleaners and possible
disposal sites. Mr. Mielke will forward a model ordinance to be
considered.
• Ald. DeBack moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 11:35 P.M.
