• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 7, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Sapp, Wollman, Narlock and Burgermeister
and Mr. Don Otto of the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke.
.The minutes of the meetings held 3/10/71 and 3/31/71 were reviewed and
placed on file.
Representatives of Michels Pipeline Construction Co. were present regarding
their contracts for Sewer Projects MSS-4-5-6-71 in the Northeast District.
It was the opinion of the Committee that the Michels Company could meet
the demands of the city in regard to these contracts.
Letter received from D. Beierle, dated 4/2/71, regarding city forced
lateral hook-ups. No action was taken. Mr. Robb, Plumbing Inspector,
to follow up.
Letter received from Mrs. D. Koedinger, dated 4/l/71, regarding city
forced hook-ups. No action taken. Mr. Robb, Plumbing Inspector, to
follow up.
A report dated 4/2/71, from the Wisconsin State Lab. of Hygiene regarding
a water test on the J. J. Brad well and declared water to be safe.
Letter dated 3/30/71, from City Attorney Buckley, regarding the Wendt
property on Berger Lane was read and placed on file.
Letter received from Rock Contractors regarding the Olson property damage
on Hillside Drive, was read and placed on file.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
