MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 10, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Wollman. Also present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Sapp and
Burgermeister and Building Inspector Lee.
• The minutes of the meeting held on January 20, 1971, were reviewed
and placed on file.
Flora Petzak appeared in regard to Assessment #F-604, however, no
action was taken.
Ald. Sapp requested that the matter of the sewer assessment to
R. E. Bastiani (#E-4) be referred to Ruekert & Mielke for their
recommendation, the matter being the length of lateral to serve
his home.
Raymond Wallner appeared regarding the petition of citizens in the
Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision which had been referred to the City Attorney
in a letter dated 1/21/71 for recommendations. Ruekert and Mielke
to prepare estimated of costs for extending the sewers to this area
1P as well as the Hillendale Heights Subdivision. Also to prepare the p7'
estimated amount of assessments to the property owners.
Meeting to be held with Ruekert & Mielke and the Public Sewer
Committee on February 17, 1971, in regard to many sewer problems
of the past and the the Northeast District.
Letter dated February 2, 1971, from Louis DeBilla, 4650 W. Montrose
Ave., Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, was received and the request contained
therein was denied.
Letter dated January 21, 1971, from Mr. Raymond Otto referring to
the immediate installation of a lateral to the easement property
leading to his island, was received. Request was denied.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wollman, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
