MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 13, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. Present were Mayor Gottfried
and Aldermen Sapp, Wollman and Burgermeister.
The minutes of the meeting held on December 16, 1970, were approved and
placed on file.
Ald. Sapp moved to correct the assessment of the Bay Lane Middle School
to one half the present assessment. Seconded by Wollman. Motion carried.
Wollman moved to decrease the sewer assessment of Ronald Ford, Tax key
No. 2174.978 by ten (10) feet. Seconded by Burgermeister. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to defer action regarding assessment F281 of tlosephine
Scherrer and Assessment F282 of Angelia Spirer. Seconded by Wollman.
Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to waive lateral to Pamela Gehling property, Tax key
No. 2177.996. Seconded by Wollman. Motion carried.
Burgermeister moved to deny request of Chester Sochaczek, Assessment
F535. Seconded by Wollman. Motion carried.
Burgermeister moved to grant the request of Fountainwood Pool Association
to combine Lots 1 thru 6 and Lots 13 and 14 into a single parcel subject
to the execution of the necessary lateral waivers and land covenant
agreement. Seconded by Sapp. Motion carried. The above action relates to
Assessment Nos. G239, 240, 241, 242, 243, 244, 251 and 252.
Burgermeister moved for the elimination of sewer main from Gold Drive
to Jewel Crest Drive at the property of F. Petzak on Jewel Crest Drive
subject to the re-evaluation of Ruekert & Mielke. Seconded by Wollman.
Motion carried.
Mr. E. Wrasse, S69 W12831 Woods Road, appeared regarding his Assessment
#G783.
Mr. Jagielski, W142 56886 Tess Corners Drive, appeared regarding his
Assessment No. G848, and it was the decision of the Committee that this
property would be serviced off of Gaulke Drive.
Mr. and Mrs. A. Kazmierski, W129 56622 Somerset Circle, appeared regarding
Assessment No.s G123 and G124 regarding the combining of these lots into
one lot. Ruekert & Mielke to re-evaluate the difference between present
assessment and the combination into one lot.
Mr. H. DeBack and Mr. R. Wallner appeared regarding the extension of
sewer service to their property off McShane Road if they provided the
lift station and the costs of installing same along with cost of
installation of sewers. Upon receipt of letter from property owners,
the committee will take action.
Burgermeister moved to adjourn. Seconded by Sapp. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
