• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 19, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. Present were Mayor
Gottfried, Aldermen Wollman and Burgermeister and Building Inspector
Lee.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on October 7, 1970, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Mr. Keith Filter, W189 S7512 Oak Court, appeared to appeal his
assessment, feeling that the committee should use the policy of a
cul-de-sac. Action was deferred.
Mr. D. Miller, W181 S6365 Lentini Dr., appeared regarding his assess-
ment #F-314. No action was taken.
Phyllis Lyons of S67 W18769 Agate Dr., appeared regarding her assessment
#F-129. Ald. Burgermeister moved that if she would combine her lots
(Lot 1 and Lot 2, Blk 4, Jewel Crest Subdivision) into one (1) parcel,
that the corner lot policy be used. Seconded by Wollman. Motion
carried.
• Mr. Robert Kreuser, Supt. of Schools, appeared regarding the Bay Lane
School assessment policy. Referred to Ruekert & Mielke.
Action on the Marcella Hansen, W183 S6495 Jewel Crest Dr., assessment
was deferred.
Action regarding Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Arndt, W. Janesville Rd., was
deferred.
Ald. Wollman moved that vouchers in the amount of $6.00 from the Dept.
of Administration, Madison, and $192.00, scientific instruments, be
approved for payment. Seconded by Ald. Burgermeister. Motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved that the following sewer laterals be accepted:
Tax Key # 2174.074 Lot 2 Blk #9, Jewel Crest Subdivision
Tax Key # 2175.971
Tax Key # 2189.150, Lot 2 Blk #2, Bay Shores Estates
Tax Key #2174.891, Lot 7 Blk #6, Oak Ridge, Unrecorded.
Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
• Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn. Seconded by Aid. Burgermeister. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
