• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:04 P.M. Present were Mayor Gottfried,
Aldermen Sapp, Wollman and Burgermeister and Building Inspector Lee.
The minutes of the meeting held September 2, 1970, were reviewed and
placed on file.
•Mr. and Mrs. Erwin Arndt appeared at the meeting regarding deferring
hook-up of laterals. Action was deferred until the next meeting.
A letter, dated September 15, 1970, from Ramplex Construction Co. re-
garding Sewer Project MSS-6-70 was read and discussed. No action to
be taken until Engineers Ruekert & Mielke are contacted for verification.
Mr. D. Schmidt of 1425 S. 59th St., West Allis, appeared with reference
to Assessment #488, Lots 5, 6, and 7, Block 5, Oak Ridge Plat, indic-
ating an error in his assessment as he stated he does not own 25' to
the south and 30'to the north as shown on the sewer map. Engineers
Ruekert & Mielke to re-evaluate after verification of ownership.
Assessment #492 of Hydro Parts was discussed. Burgermeister moved to
• deny their request. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Committee decided to defer action on M. Hansen assessment at W183 56495
Jewel Crest Dr. until a meeting with Engineers Ruekert & Mielke to be
held on September 17, 1970.

The list of non hook-ups of 7/6/70 was reviewed as up -dated in the
minutes of 9/2/70, with reference to hook-up by 9/16/70 or Ordinance #127,
As Amended, would be enforced.
Ald. Sapp moved that the properties listed below would be hooked up by
the City. Seconded by Burgermeister. Motion carried.

Letter of 9/10/70 from Engineers Ruekert & Mielke regarding error in
•assessment of J. Jurasovich, W180 56845 Muskego Dr., was read and placed
on file.
Burgermeister moved that East Drive to the east of Muskego Drive would
be extended by the City as there is dedication of lands for a street.
Seconded by Sapp. Motion carried.
Wollman moved that the Clerk -Comptroller stagger the sewer service
charges by quarters due to the bookkeeping work -load. Seconded by
Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Letter dated 9/2/70 from the Little Muskego Lake Association was read
and placed on file.
Letter of 9/4/70 from the Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources with ref-
erence to the Northeast Sewer District was read and placed on file.

A committee consisting of Building Inspector Lee, Plumbing Inspector
Robb and Ald. Sapp was appointed by Mayor Gottfried to screen applicants
for sewer inspectors and select the necessary number to service the
sewer projects being constructed.
Motion by Sapp to waive the following laterals. Seconded by Wollman,
motion carried.
