MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 69 1970
The meeting was called to order at 4:04 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Burgermeister, Wollman and Sapp and
Plumbing Inspector Robb.
•City Clerk Bette Bowyer provided the committee of the list of property
owners who have not hooked into the sewer and are considerably past
the deadline for doing so. They are as follows:

In reviewing this list, it was decided that the Plumbing Inspector
will check on several of those in question, that may already be
hooked up. All others as indicated with an asterik (*) wiL1 be sent
a letter insisting that they be hooked up by July 31, 1970. In the
event that any of these property owners are not hooked up by the
specified date, the Sewer Committee recommends that the City obtain
bids, have the work done, and assess the property owners on the tax
roll.
Mr. Ray Otto appeared at the meeting to request that the island which
he owns in Little Muskego Lake be sewered. He indicated that he has
a 10 foot easement from Island Drive through the Gorski property and
along the lake front to a point closest to his one -acre parcel of
land.' Mr. Otto stated that a letter from the City of Muskego Sewer
Committee stating that he would have a legal right to enter the manhole

at the end of Island Drive, at such time as he might wish to build
a home on that property, would be sufficient.
Mr. Keith Filter appeared to request that his sewer assessment be
re-evaluated. The committee will request that Ruekert & Mielke
• advise in writing as to how the assessment was arrived at.
Aid. Wollman moved to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Aid. Burger-
meister. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
