MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 15, 1967
Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 3:00 P.M.
Present were Mayor Gottfried, Alderman Wollman and Alderman Budish.
' Confirmation of worl: completed by Grange Construction Co. was
received from Engineers Ruekert & Mielke for total work completed
to date in the amount of $72,400.00, less 10 per cent of which is
$7,240.00. Alderman Wollman moved to recommend payment of $65,160.00
as Payment #1. Seconded by Alderman Budish, motion carried.
Confirmation was also received from Ruekert & Mielke on work
completed to date by Edward R. Ryan, Inc. Total completed to
date $34,244.00, less 10 per cent which is $3,424.40. Alderman
Budish moved to recommend payment #1 in the amount of $30,819.60.
Seconded by Alderman Wollman, motion carried.
The need for monies for the sewer projects was discussed and a meeting
will be held with officials from the City's bank to discuss procedure.
Attorney Hippenmeyer will also be asked to attend this meeting.
• Alderman Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderman Budish.
The meeting adjourned at 4:10 P.M.
