PSEM19670719MUNICIPAL SEWER COMMITTEE - CITY OF 14USKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 101, 1967 Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 2:00 a.M. Present were Mayor Gottfried, Engineer Frank Ruekert, Attorney Hippenmeyer, Alderman Wollman, Alderman Budish, Mr. Lazyinski, Mr. Beck, and Mr. Don Polzin. The purpose of the meeting was to obtain permanent easements for sewer purposes through the Lazyinski and Beck property. The discussion centered around a piece of property owned by Clifford Schill and where the interceptor should be placed. Mr. Lazyinski said there was a simple matter of exchanging lands with Mr. Schill. At that time Mr. Ruekert said there would be no problem if the interceptor did not run through the center of the road. A cony of the description of land needed for sewer purposes was given to Mr. Lazyinski and he notified the Committee that he would have his 1ega1 advisor look it over and let the City of Muskego know mf their intentions in the near future. IS A copy of the preliminary plat for Lazyinski and Beck will be presented to the Plan Commission at their next meeting. This is considered important as the sewer interceptor will be laid in the streets going through the subdivision. Mr. Lazyinski indicated that the easement approval would depend a great deal on the Plan Commission decision. The meeting adjourned at 3:30 P.M. • EB/je Respectfully submitted, Edmund A.
