• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 1, 1967
The meeting opened at 4:00 P.M.
Present were Mayor Gottfried, Alderman Wollman, Alderman Budish,
City Engineer John Mielke, Attorney Wm. Rielly and Mr. Robert C.
Brussat, Vice -President of The Milwaukee Company, a firm which
deals in investment securities.
Mr. Rielly, Mr. Mielke and Mr. Brussat began the discussion on the
financing of the proposed sewer project.

Project MSS-1 will be the large interceptor in Highway Y (Racine Ave.)
The direct assessments on this project will be $106,182.00. The net
amount to be financed by the City would be $62,106.00 on this phase
of the project.
Project MSS-2-67 will include the stabilization pond and the lift
station. Net amount to be financed would be $171,000.00 less $19,000.00
in Federal Aid.
Mr. Brussat explained the various ways of financing to the Mayor
• and the Committee. He also stated that this would all be done by
ordinance.

The Committee was in full agreement that the Council should authorize
a short term note for the first two steps of the project in order to
get the sewer project under way.
