MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 13, 1967
• The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M.
Those present were Mayor Gottfried, Alderman Budish, Alderman Weaver
and Alderman Wollman.
A letter dated February 10, 1967, from the Department of Resource
Development regarding the dispute between the Town of Norway and
Is the City of Muskego was read by the Committee.

Proposals for an agreement were enumerated with a 10-day interval
for a response by both communities. The letter states: "If this
agreement cannot be reached, it is intended to proceed with the
order of the Court --namely, to make a determination on the question
of structural soundness, calling in additional expert help if
necessary." -
The northeast district was discussed at some length. Alderman Wollman
moved that permission be obtained from the Council for the purpose
of investigating land purchases necessary to develop sewers in part
of the northeast district and to contact the necessary officials
as to the feasibility of the project. Seconded by Alderman Budish
and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 5:00 P.M.
