requirement of providing additional easements to the City. The

been received and placed on file.

discussed. The City Attorney is working with the representatives
of the Water Trust.

numbers from the last paragraph regarding Bay Lane Water
Project: 2199.010 and 2199.011. This correction was made to
remain consistent with the water assessment policy. Seconded by
Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed the water service for the Muskego Nursing
Home. Engineer Ken Ward advised that the 4 inch service has been
installed and he will provide a breakdown of costs and letter of
explanation. The City is requesting a breakdown to show what the
lateral cost would have been if it had been installed as part of
the original contract and to determine the Utility's cost for the
50% of the lateral installation under a separate contract. The
Engineers have agreed to pay the remaining 50% cost for the
lateral installation.
The Committee reviewed the comments from the Bay Lane Water
Project Public Hearing and determined that the assessment roll
will remain as prepared.
The Committee reviewed request from the DandiLion Park developer
to determine if there is a value in adding the existing well on
that property to the Municipal Water System. The City Engineer
