PUBLIC WATER COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 13, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 8:10 P.M. by Chairman Hilt.
Also present were Committee Members DeAngelis and Tomczyk, City
Engineer Ken Ward and Financial Consultant Seegar Swanson.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of previous meeting and placed
them on file.
The Committee reviewed with City Engineer Ward the proposed
Utility Ordinance and made the necessary changes.
The Committee reviewed the preliminary report on expanded Water
System and Financing. City Engineer Ward explained to the
Committee that requests have been made to expand the Water System
to Parkland Plaza and also Pioneer Drive. Mr. Swanson advised
the Committee on a "Preliminary Outline of Assessment Options for
a Water System". A lengthy discussion followed with no definite
decisions made pending further study.
