MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 17, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. by Chairman Daniel
Hilt. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and
DeAngelis.
The Committee reviewed the proposed Water Utility Ordinance.
Ald. Hilt advised the Committee that he had contacted Ken Ward
of the City Engineer's Office and he hopes to have his report
finished to review at the November Public Water Committee
meeting.
The Committee discussed the DNR report after their review of
the plans and specifications for the construction of an
elevated water storage tank and connecting water main to serve
the existing City of Muskego Industrial park. The plans and
specifications call for the conversion of the existing high
capacity private water supply system to a public water utility
system. The DNR has given their approval subject to various
conditions. These conditions will be discussed further at the
November Public Water Committee meeting.
