MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 19, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Chairman Dan
Hilt. Also present were Committee Members Tomczyk and DeAngelis,
and Mayor Salentine.
The Committee reviewed the Water Utility Ordinance and determined
that further study is necessary before any action is taken.
The Committee discussed petition to extend water line on
Hillendale Drive. A small group of citizens appeared to express
their concern as to their wells going bad. They told the
Committee they would like the City to extend the water lines
further north on Hillendale Drive. The Committee explained that
Waste Management will negotiate with the City, in the future, if
more wells would go bad.
The meeting adjourned at 8:02 P.M.
