MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 31, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:07 P.M. by Chairman
Patterson. Also present were Committee Members Schneider and
Dumke, Mayor De Angelis, Ald. Sanders and those per the attached
list.
Ald. Patterson moved to go into Closed Session pursuant to
§19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons require a closed session; or more specifically
meeting to discuss proposed recycling contract and meeting
separately with potential contractors, and to reconvene into Open
Session for the purpose of adjournment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reconvened into Open Session at 10:10 P.M.
The meeting adjourned at 10:12 P.M.
