• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 1993
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Patterson at 9:35
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Schneider and Dumke,
Mayor De Angelis, Ald. Misko and those per the attached list.
Ald. Schneider moved to go into Clossed Session pursuant to
§19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of
public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons require a closed session; or more specifically
meeting to discuss proposed recycling contract and meeting
separately with potential contractors, and to reconvene into Open
Session for the purpose of adjournment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reconvened into Open Session at 12:04 A.M.
The meeting adjourned at 12:05 A.M.
