PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 4, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman
Patterson. Also present were Committee Members Penovich and
Taube and Mr. John Ingersoll.
The Committee reviewed status of bills owed to the City by
Ingersoll Cable Company. Mr. Ingersoll remitted to the Committee
payment for all delinquent personal property taxes, along with a
check in the amount of $11,353.88 for the Franchise Fee for the
second half of 1986. Mr. Ingersoll acknowledged that he still
owes the City $500 for the land rental fee for the Old Muskego
Settlement Centre which was due on March 1, 1987, along with
$4,434.77 for the 3% of the $3.00 increase per the agreement
entered into in Resolution #38-86. This payment will be made
upon final verification by the City Clerk.
Mr. Ingersoll requested that the Public Works Department contact
him prior to doing any underground digging. He stated that his
company will respond in one (1) day instead of three (3) days as
• in Diggers Hotline.
Mr. Ingeroll reported that he has started to wire the southeast
and southwest corners of the City.
The Committee reviewed the quarterly report provided by Muskego
Landfill and placed on file. The Clerk is requested to provide
last years figures for the July meeting in order to do a
comparison.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and
placed on file.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
