PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 2, 1986
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Patterson. Also present were Committee Members Taube and
DeAngelis, Ald. Dumke, Mr. John Glockner and Mr. Mark Halleen.
Mr. Glockner appeared before the Committee to discuss his
extraction operation. Mr. Glockner stated that, at this time, he
plans to conform with the ordinance and acquire an extraction
permit which will meet all the criteria. He will meet with the
Zoning Officer in the near future.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Ingersoll Cable
Corporation showing a breakdown of the semi-annual franchise fee,
along with a summary showing 3% of the $3.00 cable rate
increase. The Committee will discuss it with Mr. Dubuc at the
November meeting.
Mr. Mark Halleen, Creative Resource Ventures, Ltd., appeared
before the Committee to discuss extraction operation proposed for
Highway 45. The Committee will discuss possible fee structure at
the November meeting. Mr. Halleen will be notified of the time
and date of meeting.
