MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 19, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Ralph
Tomczyk. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and DeAngelis,
Mayor Salentine and those per the attached list.
The Committee discussed the refuse problem at Parkland
Condominums with two residents from Freedom Square Association
and two residents on Parkland Drive. The complaint of paper and
refuse blowing from the dumpsters was discussed and Ald. Tomczyk
and Ald. Hilt will view the problem personally.
The Committee reviewed a letter received from Higher Education
Cable Consortium, Inc. encouraging the City to plan to have
channel capacity to carry these programs when they become
available to the City. A copy of the letter will be sent to
Ingersoll Cable Corp., Inc. for their information.
The Committee reviewed Ingersoll Cable Corp., Inc.'s Semi-annual
revenue report. The City has received a check in the amount of
$10,279.28 covering period January 1, 1985 thru June 30, 1985.
Mr. Norm Dubuc of Ingersoll Cable Corp., Inc. informed the
• committee that they have dropped the two previous claims against
the City of Muskego.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
