MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 21, 1985
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tomczyk at
7:00 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and
DeAngelis, Mayor Salentine, Robert & Kathleen Leichtfuss and John
Ingersoll.
The Committee reviewed the request for a holding tank for Robert
& Kathleen Leichtfuss, S71 W14974 Westcot Drive, and recommended
Council approval.
The Committee reviewed the Cable TV status report. Mr. Ingersoll
reported one local broadcasting channel is in operation. Mr.
Ingersoll stated he received favorable response from his free
introduction of four additional channels. These channels will
terminate on March 1, 1985. Ingersoll Industries submitted the
required franchise fee of 3% for the period from July 1984 to
December 31, 1984 in the amount of $8,270.29.
The Committee reviewed the rough draft of a letter to be sent to
the voters in regard to the Water Utility referendum. A meeting
date early in March is to be planned to allow further review of
Seegar Swanson's letter and the rate structure which is to be
• supplied by Ruekert & Mielke.
The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
