MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 23, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tomczyk at
7:00 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Gaetzke,
Ald. DeAngelis and those per the attached list.
The Committee reviewed Cable TV Status Report with Alan Koester,
member of the Citizens Cable TV Committee.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting.
The Committee discussed the noise complaint from Schubring
Drive. The complaint is the noise coming from high—powered boats
on Little Muskego Lake at 5:30 and 6:00 A.M. Ald. Hilt moved to
recommend to Rules, Laws & Ordinance Committee immediate
consideration of a "No —Wake" ordinance restricting the noise from
one—half hour after Sunset to 8:00 A.M. Seconded by Ald.
Tomczyk, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Scouts request for maintenance and
restoration of Luther Parker Cemetery. Brian Spencer appeared
before the Committee and presented an outline of what he would
• like to accomplish. Ald. Gaetzke moved to allow the Scouts to
maintain and restore Luther Parker Cemetery Second by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed request for additional Cable TV channel —
Sportsview. The Cable TV Committee is recommending this channel
as an "add on service" at a cost of approximately $10.00. The
Committee is not making any recommendation at this time until
more information is available.
The Committee acknowledged receipt of the letter from Waukesha
County Board of Supervisors to the Mayor dated July 24, 1984
regarding the Community Development Block program.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:51 P.M.
