MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 19, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tomczyk at
7:00 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Gaetzke,
Mayor Salentine and those per the attached list.
The Committee discussed the request for a Holding Tank for
Richard J. Simandl, W191 S9475 Racine Avenue. The Simandls
presented the soil boring test report to the Committee and would
like to build a house and large attached garage. Ald. Gaetzke
moved to recommend approval of a Holding Tank for Richard J.
Simandl. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee discussed Waste Management's proposal to
participate in the installation of a municipal water supply
system in the area near the properties that they own and lease.
Mr. Cahill expounded on his request. The Committee agreed to
refer the request to the City Engineers. The City Attorney is to
research requirements necessary to set up a municipal water
system.
The Committee reviewed the Cable TV Status Report.

The meeting adjourned at 8:00 P.M.
