PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE
Minutes of Meeting held November 9, 1983.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tomczyk at
7:00 P.M. Also present was Ald. DeAngelis. Ald. Nilsson was
absent Others in attendance per attached list.
Mr. John Ingersoll appeared and gave a progress report of the
cable laying. Fourteen linear miles of cable have been laid.
The tower has been lowered as previously agreed. Senior Citizen
discount was discussed. The committee discussed a Road
Restoration Bond in the amount of $20,000.00. It was decided
that the bond will be reduced to $2,000.00 upon completion of
construction.
Mr. and Mrs. Gerlach appeared in regard to obtaining permission
for a holding tank for their property located at S82 W12944 Acker
Dr. in the HI View Subdivision. Ald. Tomczyk moved to recommend
that a Holding Tank Permit be approved for the Gerlach
property. Ald. DeAngelis seconded and the motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
