The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman Tomczyk.
Also present were Committee Members DeAngelis and Nilsson,
Mayor Salentine, Ald, Gaetzke, Ald. Penovich and Mr. John Ingersoll.
Because RVS Representatives were not in attendance the Committee
moved to Item number two on the agenda regarding Tornado Warning

us that because of the type of sirens they have on their stations
they will not take part in the early warning program. The only
fire station which will have the siren sound will be the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department Station #1 on Tess Corners Drive.
Mr. John Ingersoll appeared to explain his proposal for cable T.V,
His proposal is to service the earlier agreed upon areas of Muskego
plus the Lake Denoon area at the same fees as in the R.V.S. contract.
Mr. Ingersoll proposes to do underground wiring and to complete
25 per cent to 50 per cent by the end of 1983 if he could start by
August 1, 1983. The fees to be paid to Muskego would remain at 3 per
cent of gross revenues.
• A1d. Nilsson recommended that the next Welfare meeting be held in
the second week of August to enable any other interested cable
companies to make proposals, and also request Chairman Tomczyk to
discuss the RVS contract with City Attorney Molter to enable a
discussion regarding RVS to be held at the July 26th Common Council
meeting.
