in the DNR list of dangerous sites which will require
remedial action.

the Phase Two area and these show the engineers the

of leachate per week have been removed from the site
that Waste Management developed; they also have been
removing approximately 5,000 gallons per month from
the first area they developed (Module I). TFe_y reported
that chemical analysis of the leachate showed no
chemical contamination.
Mr Charles Fox reported on the current situation at RVS.
They have three (3) unbuilt franchises (Brookfield, Mequon
and Muskego). The low density of these areas makes completing
these systems unprofitable. He reported that RVS will ask
the City of Muskego to renegotiate the contract; i.e., change
the area served. He stated that within 30 to 60 days they will
come back to us with a concrete proposal and timetable. The
Committee requested next meeting be set for July 21, 1983.
• A discussion was held regarding a change in the polling place
for the 14th Ward of the 7th District. Alderman Dumke stated
that using Tudor Oaks was unacceptable to the residents and
that the School System was opposed to using Bay Lane School.
Mrs. Herzburg stated that the Superintendent of Schools had
told her that it was acceptable to him to have Bay Lane used
for voting. She also stated that using the Tess Corners Fire
Department Substation on Loomis Drive was inconvenient to a
great number of the voters. Ald. Nilsson moved and Ald. Tomczyk
seconded to leave one voting location for 7th District unless
and until a more centralized location could be found. Alderman
DeAngelis abstained from voting. Motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed. The Committee
also reviewed the Muskego Sun's article of June 16, 1983 re-
garding using the Fire Department sirens for tornado warnings.
IsIt is the Committee's request that the City Clerk check with
the Muskego Sun as to where they received the information.
The meeting adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
 Respectfully submitted,
Ald. Richard Nilsson, Sec'y.
