• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 13, 1983
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Tomczyk.
Also present was Committee Member Penovich, Alderman -Elect, Frank
DeAngelis and those persons as per the attached list.
. The committee discussed a request to install a holding tank for the
former Studeman property on Martin Drive. Ald. Tomczyk moved to
recommend approval of the request. Seconded by Ald. Penovich.
Motion carried.
Chairman Tomczyk reviewed a status report regarding cable TV from
RVS. It was reported that due to wet weather they are slightly
behind schedule, however, the entire project would be completed by
the end of 1983.
The committee discussed the Thomas Landfill site in the area of
Racine Ave., Hillendale Dr. and Tans Dr. Mr. Frank DeAngelis stated
that Mr. Joe Beatka who resides at the intersection of Tans Dr. and
Hillendale Drive has requested his well be monitored when the
monitoring begins by the DNR. The committee will discuss this matter
further when more information is available.
• Representatives from the Chamber of Commerce did not appear, therefore,
the zip code matter was not discussed.

Ald. Penovich moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Tomczyk. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:22 P.M.
