RVS Cable TV Report Chairman Tomczyk at 7:00 P.M. Treba, Penovich, Mayor Salentine Chairman Tomczyk read the report which stated that the tower is up and that first hookups will be to the northeast. The first hookups are scheduled for late March or early April. The report also stated they are not behind schedule and plan to honor all commitments. Ald. Treba will contact Mr. Charles Fox on the possibility of RVS stringing a phone line from the Historical Park to the Old Town Hall as per the request of Mr. Charles Damaske. She will also request free service for the Muskego Police Department. Thomas Landfill Chairman Tomczyk reported on problems concerning the Thomas Landfill located at Racine Avenue and Tans Drive. Complaints were received concerning odors coming from the site. It has been determined that the odors were coming from decomposing wood causing the escaping of methane gas. Ald. Tomczyk has sent a letter to the Thomas Landfill to contact Mr. Vince Kalvin of the Dept. of Natural Resources to check the site and to test wells for possible pollution. The results are to be sent to the Public Welfare Committee. Ald. Tomczyk moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Treba. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:22 P.M. Respectfully submitted, Ald.
