MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 15, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tomczyk at 7:05 P.M.
Also present were Committee Members Treba, Penovich, Ald. Nilsson
and Mr. Frank DeAngelis.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed.
Discussion was held with Ald. Nilsson on the reply of the letter
he wrote to Mr. Richard Steffen of RVS Cablevision Corporation.
The letter detailed the cable system's construction as it has
progressed thus far. The next step to be taken is the installation
of the concrete tower foundation which is expected to be completed
by December 31, 1982. The next expected step will be the assembly
and erection of the tower. The estimated completion date is
February 15, 1983.
Chairman Tomczyk advised the committee that he would be contacting
Mr. Steffen for an appointment to discuss with him further questions
concerning the completion of the installation of Cable TV. Questions
to be asked are as follows:
1. If footing plans of the tower have been submitted to the Building
• Inspection Department?
2. Are engineering and slump tests for tower foundation submitted?
3. When was tower ordered and who is the manufacturer?
4. How many persons in Muskego have been contacted for easements?
5. Why haven't the monthly reports been turned in as requested?
6. What has caused the pole permit delays?
7. Is RVS financially able to complete Muskego, as promised?
Chairman Tomczyk will request RVS to attend the January Public Welfare
Committee meeting to clear up any further questions the committee may
have.
The Muskego Chamber of Commerce has requested further discussion on
the city's two zip codes at the meeting scheduled for January.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
