MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 18, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Radtke at 7:00 P.D.Q. Also
present was Committee Member Penovich and City Clerk Stewart. Ald.
Steinberg was absent.
A discussion on polling place location changes was held. Ald. Penovich
moved to keep the polling place locations at their present place for
the General Election which will be held on April 6th. Seconded by
Chairman Radtke. The committee also decided a closer review would
be made at the locations at the next Public Welfare Committee meeting
to decide if changes should be made for future elections.
The possible closing of the Thomas Landfill site was discussed. A
letter directed to Mrs. Norman Thomas from Zoning Officer Lee was
reviewed and placed on file.
The committee reviewed correspondence from Mr. Tom Bucholz of Waste
Management directed to Congressman James Sensenbrenner regarding
Mr. Norman Noll's questions on the supposed dumping of liquid
wastes in the Muskego Landfill.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
• file.
Ald. Penovich moved to adjourn. Seconded by Chairman Radtke. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 7 40 P.M.
