• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 15, 1981
The meeting was called to order at 7 10 P.M. by Chairman Radtke. Also
present were Committee Members Steinberg and Penovich and Mayor
Gottfried.
• The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on
file.
The committee again reviewed the proposed Cable TV ordinance and
it was noted that City Attorney Molter will have no major changes
in the proposed ordinance. A letter from Dr. Stroud was reviewed
in which he noted several changes which had been approved, however,
had been omitted from the final revised ordinance. The committee
reviewed these changes. Mayor Gottfried advised the committee that
the city's staff will re -write the ordinance and include the
recommended changes which had been missed. The numbering system
will also be reviewed.
Discussion regarding municipal garbage pickup was deferred until
the next meeting of the committee.
The committee also discussed tire disposal at the city's landfill
site. The committee decided to defer action until Mayor Gottfried
gives each committee member a copy of the contract between the city

and Waste Management.
Ald. Penovich moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Steinberg. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8 03 P.M.
