MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 24, 1979 - 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Weed. Also present was
Committee Member Tomczyk, Mayor Gottfried, Ald. Salentine and Mr.
Ray Christenson.
Is Mayor Gottfried advised the committee that Mr. Christenson had been
appointed as the laision officer to represent the city for the
senior citizens. Mr. Christenson advised the committee what his
intentions and plans were to accommodate the senior citizens the
help and benefits they can and may attain. The committee had
directed the Mayor to make certain Mr. Christenson's appointment
is properly publicized in the newspapers and also that he notify
the two senior citizen groups of his appointment.
The committee reviewed the report of the volume of waste to the
City of Muskego..£or the third quarter -to the -City -landfill site
from Waste Management of Wisconsin. Same placed on file.
Communication from Mr: Dom Otto of Ruekert & Mielke, dated 9/27/79
regarding the Thomas Landfill Site was reviewed. Same place on file.
• Communication acknowledged from the U. S. Postal Service concerning
mail delivery service provided the City of Muskego and placed on file.
Communication from the Waukesha Co. Department of Aging regarding
Title III Funding Proposals was reviewed and placed on file.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 8:15 P.M.
