MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 6, 1976
The meeting was called to order at 10:15 P.M. by Chairman Colburn. Also
present were committee members Aldermen Constantineau and Pienkos, Mayor
Gottfried, Mr. Norb Stefaniak and Mr. Scott Krause and Mrs. Ann Pienkos and
Ald. Dumke.
Is Mr. Stefaniak appeared before the committee to request a holding tank
in the Bay Lawn Subdivision located at W163 S7964 Bay Lane Place for
Edward P. Jacobson. Ald. Colburn moved to recommend to Common Council
that permission be given to install a 1,000 gallon holding tank. When
the Bay Lawn Subdivision sewers are installed Mr. Jacobson has agreed
to connect into sewer system. Motion seconded by Ald. Constantineau,
motion carried.
Mr. Scott Krause, developer of Country Club Oaks, appeared before the
committee to request permission/approval from the Common Council to
accept the laterals and collection system. Ald. Constantineau moved to
recommend Common Council approval for acceptance of ownership of the
sewer system including the holding tank for the Country Club Oaks pending
acceptance of the plan by the city engineer and acceptance of an agreement
•between the city and the developer, Scott Krause. Motion seconded by
Ald. Colburn. Motion carried.
Ald. Pienkos moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Constantineau, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:57 P.M.
