MJNUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 29, 1976
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Colburn.
Also present were Aldermen Pienkos and Constantineau.
. Mr. and Mrs. Orlo J. Zlensky, S91 W13253 Boxhorn Dr., appeared
before the committee to discuss a request for a holding tank following
approval of a land division. The committee stated that there was
no doubt in their minds that a holding tank would be recommended to
the Common Council if the Plan Commission approved their land division.
A discussion followed concerning the Boxharn Big Muskego Gun Club.
The committee agreed to contact state agencies to find out who
could measure the sound levels now and to compare these levels
after the sound barrier is built next year. This is to determine
if the sound barrier is actually reducing noise levels. Also the
committee agreed that all ordinances and licenses concerning the
Gun Club should be gathered together so that the matter could be
further discussed at the next Welfare Committee meeting.
Correspondence received from Mrs. Richard Foster involving the
Humane Officer's procedures. Same placed on file.
Correspondence received regarding the disposing of treated waste-
water residue on City of Muskego farm lands from the Metropolitan
Sewerage District of Milwaukee County (South Shore Plant).
Ald. Pienkos has submitted a list of possible zoning violations
in Ward I to Zoning Officer Lee with a request for a copy of
action taken by his department.
Ald. Constantineau moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Pienkos.
Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:07 P.M.
