• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 11, 1976
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 P.M. by Chairman Knudsen..
Also present were Aldermen Wallner, Foldy and Colburn.
Ald. Wallner mover io again offer city plats for gardening. The plats
will be 50' x 50' 'ei,'a cost of $15.00 p6r plat. Plats to be open to
all residents and student or service groups. Seconded by Ald. Foldy,
motion carried.
The committee directed Mayor Gottfried to request Mr. Norman Thomas
to specify, a start date for his landfill operation, located'on Tans
Drive between Racine Avenue and Hillendale Drive, and to give the city
some indication as to contracts he may have for fill material.
Correspondence from Druml Company, Inc. requesting approval to dispose
of wastewater residue on Muskego farm lands was reviewed. Mr. Druml
will be invited to the next meeting to review his operation and his
DNR Permit.
The committee discussed the responsibilities of the city to enforce
deed restrictions and covenant restrictions now required in developer's
agreements. Mayor Gottfried will provide each member of the committee
a copy of City Attorney Buckley's opinion regarding the matter as it
relates to Parkland Planned Unit Development.
The committee has received requested by septic cleaning haulers to
permit disposal of effluent from holding tanks into our treatment
plants. The committee will further review the matter.
Ald. Wallner moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:55 P.M.
