MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 309 1975
The meeting was called to order at Ss3O P.M. by Chairman Knudsen.
Also present were Alderman Wallner,.,Al4vro n Foldy and Mayor Gottfried.
• The minutes of the previous meeting-were•.reFiewed and placed on file.
Communications from the Building Inspection Department were reviewed
and placed on file. '
The committee is requesting that Zoning OfficeF Lee's office provide
a complete report as to the status of'the<Goll'q dog kennel on
School Drive.
The comnittee.is also requesting Zoning Officer Lee prepare a written
report stating the total tonnage of garbage delivered to the Acme
Sanitary Landfill, test data from wells; status of the restoration
plan at this time and whether:or not the final.plat4 is still to be a'
• golf course.
The committee directed Mayor Gottfried to approach Waste Management
regarding the possibility of extending our contract for the landfill
site for ten years or more.
