MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 109 1975
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Chairman Knudsen. Also
present were Aldermen Wallner, Foldy and Colburn and Mayor Gottfried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
Mr. R. Hoffmann, Mr. Michael Koelpin, Mr. Fred Bauer and Mr. Edwin
Frami, all residents of Jewel Crest Subdivision, appeared to request a
boat launch site at Emerald Drive Park. The committee received a
petition signed by approximately 118 Jewel Crest residents all in favor
of a boat launch. Mayor Gottfried reported that the Park and Recreation
Board plans to invite residents of the area to participate in an informal
hearing on the subject at a future meeting. Copy of minutes to be
forwarded to Park and Recreation Board.
• Mr. Joseph Swarthout, W180 S6827 Muskego Drive, appeared at the meeting
to complain about the noise of an outside air conditioning unit and
its placement on the _property. He.presented sample ordinantes-from other
communities in the area. This -matter will be referred to Rules, Laws and
• Ordinance Committee.

Ald. Wallner moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Knudsen. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
