• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 151 1975
The meeting was called to order by Chaiman Knudsen at 7:15 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wallner and Foldy, Building Inspector Lee.
Mr. and Mrs. Dave Roberts and Majorie Backhaus, School Drive, appeared
at the meeting to discuss odor and noise on abutting neighbor's property.
The committee to review with Building Inspector, Police Department and
• City Attorney and make recommendation.
Mr. Scott Krause and Mr. Mike Kern appeared at the meeting to request a
holding tank for the proposed Krause home at the end of Groveway Lane
on property owned by Muskego Lakes Country Club. Ald. Wallner moved to
recommend approval pending receipt of cash bond and satisfactory signed
agreement. Seconded by Ald. Knudsen, motion carried.
Mr. Melvin Daliege, Hillendale Drive, appeared at the meeting to inform
the committee that he at one time had verbal agreement with former city
engineer Clark Barry and Mayor that he could fill his property. More
fill has been deposited and he wishes to continue to fill to a point where
he can satisfactorily maintain his property. The committee is requesting
• that the Plan Commission and Public Works Committee give his request
consideration.
The committee reviewed correspondence.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 P.M.
