PWM19750410PUBLIC WELFARE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO • MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 10, 1975. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Knudsen at 7:30 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Wallner, Foldy and Colburn and Building Inspector Lee. Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Wierzba appeared at the meeting with Mr. Harold DeBack to request approval of a holding tank on a one -acre lot on the south side of Kelsey Drive approximately 1/4 mile east of Racine Avenue. Ald. Wallner moved to recommend approval pending receipt of $1,000.00 cash bond and signed agreement. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. The committee recommended approval of holding tank for Richard Hoernke on Bay Lane Place subject to satisfactory report from Building Inspector. Inspector Lee appeared at the meeting to review with the committee the fact that 12 homes on Big Muskego Lake are polluting the lake. The committee requested a report on these properties from Inspector Lee. Mr. and Mrs. Norman Thomas appeared at the meeting regarding their property on Tans Drive. The file will be checked to determine whether or not all conditions have been met. They submitted topo plans to show • elevations when restoration is completed. Building Inspector Lee reported to the committee status of Eugene Moritz property and Muskego Marine as requested by the committee. The committee discussed the sanitary landfill on the Wauer property and requested a report from Building Inspector. The committee requested the Building Inspector to take any action necessary to have the scrap removed adjacent to the Gerth Heating building. The committee reviewed correspondence.
