MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 12, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Wallner at 7:55 P.M.
Also present was Aid. Foldy.
Mr. Richard Thode appeared at the meeting regarding a request for
holding tank for a new home at the former Myrtle Thode farm on Thode
Drive. Mr. Thode has been notified by the Waukesha County Health
Department that because of poor soil and unsatisfactory perc test
a normal septic system would not be acceptable.
Aid. Wallner moved to recommend Council approval of a holding tank
of sufficient capacity provided all necessary documents and cash are
filed with the Building Inspector and City Clerk. Seconded by Aid.
Foldy, motion carried.
Aid. Wallner moved to adjourn, seconded by Aid. Foldy. Motion carried.
