• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 12, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Alderman Knudsen at 7:15 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Wallner and Foldy and Mayor Gottfried.
Mr. Herbert Ripley, Waukesha County Acting Health Officer, was present
to discuss holding tanks.
Building Inspector Lee joined the meeting at 7:25 P.M. Aldermen Ford
and Colburn joined the meeting at 8:05 P.M.
Following considerable discussion, Ald. Foldy moved to have City Attorney
Buckley draft an ordinance regarding holding tanks incorporating sealed
and locked covers, audible and visual alarms, tamper proof vents higher
than the first floor fixtures, etc. Seconded by Ald. Wallner. Motion
carried.
The committee reviewed a request for a Dump Refuse Hauling Permit from
S. Zizzo. Same referred to Finance Committee.
Correspondence was reviewed and placed on file.
• Ald. Knudsen moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:55 P.M.
