MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 6, 1974
• The meeting was called to order by Chairman Knudsen at 7:30 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wallner and Foldy and Mayor Gottfried.
Mayor Gottfried to check to see if the $1,000.00 cash bond for a holding
tank for the Bass Bay Sportsman's Club can be waived. The committee is
of the opinion that the State Board of Health Rules governs the cash
deposit. They will also determine whether or not the bond required by
the State must be in the form of cash and report back at the next meeting.
The committee is awaiting a report from Inspector Lee regarding the alleged
overflow of septic system and fowl problem on the Dougherty property.
The committee reviewed the following court actions regarding zoning & Building
violations:which have been initiated by City Attorney Buckley.
City of Muskego vs. Lewis Kafura
City of Muskego vs. Gary M. and John Couture
City of Muskego vs. Karen Doleshal and Richard J. Mueller (C&M Bldrs.)
City of Muskego vs. Margaret Peterson
City of Muskego vs. Tri-Town Homes, Inc.
• Material will be gathered for discussion at the next meeting for Weed
Removal Assessment District. Ald. Knudsen to contact Operation Comeback and
Little Muskego Lake Association regarding same.

The committee received and reviewed Attorney Buckley's opinion regarding
basis for approval or disapproval of signs by the Plan Commission. No
action taken.
The Tans Drive landfill proposal was reviewed. Ald. Knudsen to review
items with Inspector Lee to determine whether or not all requirements of
Ordinance #194 have been met.
The meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
