MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 219 1974
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Acting Chairman Wallner.
Also present were Ald. Foldy, Mayor Gottfried and Inspector Lee.
Mr. Russell Paepke and Mr. Ed Raimann appeared at the meeting in behalf
of the Bass Bay Sportsman's Club requesting approval of a holding tank
Mfor a new 24' x 40' cement block Club House they wish to construct on
their property off Durham Drive. Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval
of the installation of a holding tank for the Bass Bay Sportsman's Club,
seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion carried.

Mr. Paepke also appeared to inquire as to what progress was being made
regarding the septic overflow and the raising of fowl on the Dougherty
property. The committee to request a report from Inspector Lee.
The committee meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M. in order to participate
in the public hearing regarding Tans Drive landfill.
