• MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 7, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Knudsen at 7:06 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Wallner, Foldy and Inspector Lee.
• The committee viewed stored farm machinery at the Froehlich property on
Hillendale Drive. No action taken.
The following persons appeared at the meeting regarding the deplorable
condition of the Couture Office Building property on Janesville Road:
Elmer Gumieny Grant Truesdell
Richard Zblicki Gale Schief
They also requested that drainage in the area be improved.
Ald. Foldy moved to have the City Attorney proceed with legal actions
against owners of property to comply with Plan Commission directives.
Seconded by Ald. Wallner, motion carried.
